Returns within 30 days

We want you to feel confident ordering from Bakehouse Essentials. Unused, undamaged products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Start a return

Email customercare@bakehouseessentials.com before sending your item. Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

After the return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with your order number and photos so we can help.
