- Never immerse the mat, cord, plug, thermostat, or connector housing.
- Do not use running water, a dishwasher, microwave, or abrasive cleaners.
Placement and use
- Keep it away from other heat sources and use only stable, heat-safe containers.
- Never cut on, fold, crease, or puncture the mat.
Damage and repairs
Stop using a damaged or malfunctioning product. Do not repair it yourself. Email customer care for help.
