Dough Mat coverage

Dough Mats are covered for qualifying defects in materials and workmanship for two years from purchase when used and cared for as directed.

Non-electrical tool coverage

Qualifying non-electrical baking tools are covered against manufacturing defects for as long as the original purchaser owns the product.

What is not covered

Normal wear, cosmetic changes, misuse, neglect, accidents, improper care or storage, cutting, puncturing, unauthorized repair, and commercial use are excluded. Proof of purchase is required.
